Chopin in Copenhagen and Berlin
This week, Barenboim's Chopin cycle continues with recitals in Copenhagen's Koncerthuset on October 17th and his own musical "home," the Staatsoper Berlin, on October 18th. The program, which will recur throughout the season in celebration of Chopin's 200th birthday in 2010, includes the Funeral March Sonata and the Barcarole.
