Chopin at 200
On March 1st, 1810, Frederic Chopin was born near Warsaw; this Thursday, Daniel Barenboim begins an extensive European tour in celebration of the composer's 200th birthday. He will alternate between two different programs in Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna, Budapest, Prague, Dresden, Leipzig, Warsaw, Berlin, Florence, and Milan.
